Medical Practice Marketing: A Fertility Clinic Success Story
CHALLENGE: Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut, the largest infertility clinic in Fairfield County Connecticut, serves not only Fairfield County but also Westchester, Dutchess, and Putnam Counties of NY.
After an extensive redesign of their website, the new site had a fresh and updated look, improved user-friendly navigation and extensive upgraded content. However, the launch drove little additional web traffic or increase in referrals.
SOLUTION: A complete website audit was conducted reviewing opportunities for improvement in the website’s search engine crawlability, navigation and content optimization. Opportunities for improvements to the site were identified and corrected in keeping with Google Webmaster Guidelines best practices for search engine optimization. * Inbound linking opportunities identified by competitive analysis. Site submission strategy implemented. * Social media network sites were demographically targeted for patient profile match. Soical media outreach implemented. Key social media network properties targeted that increased patient consultations.
